Mmmmm....our first pineapple of the season. Mark is the designated pineapple slicer in our house. He has perfected the art of the perfectly cut pineapple.

When I bought it, I worried that it was a bit early in the season for "good" pineapple. Instead, we were treated to a perfectly sweet and fantastically juicy specimen.
